The Bupa Global ProviderWorld site (“ProviderWorld”) is a web portal for recognised hospitals and network providers. This site https://www.bupainternational.com/providerworld is operated by Bupa Insurance Services Limited (“Bupa Global”, “we”, “us” and “our”). Bupa Global is a trading name of Bupa Insurance Services Limited. Bupa Insurance Services Limited is a company which is incorporated in England under number 03829851. Its current registered office and main trading address is Bupa, 1 Angel Court, London EC2R 7HJ.
These terms apply to the use of the site by Bupa group employees, consultants, agents, Bupa Global’s recognised providers and representatives of Bupa Global nominated suppliers, and their employees, consultants, agents. Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use our site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them.

You agree that you will:

8. immediately discontinue your use of the site on notice from Bupa Global.
9. comply with the site’s Acceptable Use Policy (below) and any other requirements that we notify you of from time to time (together referred to as the “Content Standards”) at all times.
10. not alter the assets in any way without prior consent from Bupa Global.
11. not link to nor frame any part of our site without prior consent from Bupa Global.
12. only download and view the site on a single CPU for use in providing services to us or a member of our group of companies and not otherwise reproduce or transmit the site or make it available on a network without our prior written consent.
13. not disclose any site assets to anyone except as necessary for you to provide agreed services to us, a Bupa Global member, or a member of the Bupa group.
Our Acceptable Use Policy
You may use this site and assets from the site for the sole purpose of providing services to us or a member of our group of companies. When using our site, you must comply with the provisions of the following acceptable use policy. Your activities on our site must not:

Any such monitoring shall be solely for the purpose of ensuring compliance with these terms of use, the respect of intellectual property rights or other legitimate Bupa Global internal processes.

If you are a Bupa Global group employee these terms are governed by the same law and jurisdiction as your employment contract. If you are a recognised provider, third party administrator, or an agent or representative of a Bupa Global nominated supplier, these terms are governed by English law and non-exclusive jurisdiction is given to the English courts.
If any part of these terms of use are deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining parts.
